How much do you know about high-efficiency air supply outlets?

2025/5/23

High-efficiency supply air outlets, also known as high-efficiency clean filter supply air outlets, are indispensable purification equipment at the end of clean rooms. Let's take a look at the knowledge about high-efficiency air supply outlets together!

01 Product Description
The high-efficiency supply air outlet is the terminal filtration device of the clean room supply air system. Its main function is to deliver the purified air into the clean room at a uniform speed and in a good air flow organization form, effectively filtering out dust particles in the air and ensuring that the air quality in the clean room meets the corresponding cleanliness level requirements. For example, in places with extremely high environmental cleanliness requirements such as pharmaceutical workshops and electronic chip manufacturing workshops, High-efficiency supply air outlets can provide clean air that meets the production process requirements.
02 Structural Composition
03 Working Principle
The outside air first passes through the primary and intermediate filtration devices of the air conditioning system to remove larger particles of dust and impurities. Then, the pre-treated air enters the static pressure box at the high-efficiency supply air outlet. In the static pressure box, the speed of the air is adjusted and the pressure distribution is more uniform. Then, the air passes through a high-efficiency filter, where tiny dust particles are adsorbed and filtered by the filter paper. The clean air is then evenly delivered into the clean room through the diffusion plate, creating a stable and clean air flow environment.
04 Daily Maintenance
Key points of daily cleaning
① Clean appearance
Regularly (it is recommended to wipe the outer surface of the high-efficiency air supply outlet with a clean soft cloth at least once a week) to remove dust, stains and other impurities.
The installation frames and other parts around the air supply outlets also need to be cleaned at the same time to ensure the overall appearance is neat and tidy.
② Check the sealing performance
Conduct a simple sealing check once a month. Observe whether there are any gaps at the connection between the air supply outlet and the air duct, as well as between the air supply outlet frame and the installation surface. You can feel for obvious air leakage by gently touching the connection points.
If it is found that the sealing gasket is aged or damaged, resulting in poor sealing, the sealing gasket should be replaced in time.
Regular maintenance measures:
Filter replacement
High-efficiency filters are key components. Depending on factors such as the cleanliness requirements of the usage environment and the air supply volume, they should be replaced every 3 to 6 months.
② Internal cleaning
Clean the interior of the air supply outlet once every six months. Use professional cleaning tools, such as a suction seat with a soft-bristled brush head, to first remove visible dust, debris, etc. inside.
For some stubborn stains that are hard to remove, you can gently wipe them with a clean damp cloth. After wiping, make sure it is completely dry before closing the inspection door.
③ Inspection of fans and motors (if any)
For high-efficiency air supply outlets with fans, the fans and motors should be inspected every quarter.
If deformation of the fan blades is found, they should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner. If the motor connection wires are loose, they need to be re-tightened.
When conducting maintenance and repair of high-efficiency air supply outlets, operators should possess relevant professional knowledge and skills, strictly abide by safety operation procedures, ensure the effective implementation of maintenance and repair work, and maintain the good performance of high-efficiency air supply outlets.
