First, core material type and performance comparison

2, polystyrene foam color steel sandwich board EPS
Polystyrene is the white foam we often see, this color steel plate is cheap, water resistance, no deformation, most of the activity rooms on the site are built with polystyrene sandwich board, widely used, but polystyrene foam sandwich board is not fireproof, insulation effect is the worst.
3, phenolic foam color steel sandwich board PF
Phenolic foam color steel sandwich board is a composite board with color steel plate as surface material and phenolic foam as core material. Phenolic foam is brittle, fragile, and has a certain corrosion, the residual acid in the foam will corrode metal materials.
4, rock wool color steel sandwich board
Rock wool color steel sandwich board, fire performance is better, but rock wool color steel plate is not waterproof, toxic substances in case of fire, pollution is larger.
5, paper honeycomb color steel sandwich board
Paper honeycomb sandwich board can be completely recycled waste, is a replacement of polystyrene board, polyurethane, rock wool and other materials, widely used in electronics, hospital operating rooms, laboratories and other clean engineering fields, but the waterproof effect is poor, the price is more expensive.
6, aluminum peak sandwich plate
Aluminum honeycomb color steel sandwich plate, it is made of aluminum honeycomb core plate, using special high-strength glue and color steel plate composite, and supported by special aluminum alloy keel, after heating, pressure, curing and made of. Compared with other sandwich panels, light weight, flatness is good, belongs to green building materials, but the highest cost.
