Precautions for installing the purification color steel plates in the clean workshop construction

Based on industry standards and practical experience, the following are the core precautions for the installation of purification color steel plates:
Preparation and layout planning before construction
Site inspection and cleaning: Before construction, the site must be thoroughly cleaned to ensure a flat, dry surface without debris or dust. Also, large equipment must be in place and concealed pipelines must be adjusted before laying out and installing. Secondary deep layout: Construction cannot be carried out solely based on general drawings; the design drawings must be converted into factory secondary processing layout diagrams. Before prefabrication, gaps and installation margins for facilities such as door openings, window openings, transfer windows, and air shower rooms must be fully reserved to shorten the on-site assembly period and ensure stability. Precise layout and positioning: Mark out the horizontal projections of the color steel plates (usually 50mm wide) and the positions of doors and windows on the ground. Ensure that the center lines of the upper and lower troughs are on the same vertical plane, and the vertical deviation of the plate installation should be controlled within ≤1.5mm, and the height difference between the plates and the joints should be ≤1.0mm.
Installation and fixation of plates
Installation sequence: Wall plates should follow the principle of "from bottom to top, from inside to outside"; ceiling installation should follow the principle of "first the middle, then the sides", ensuring uniform and stable overall force distribution. Product protection: During the entire transportation, manufacturing, and installation process, it is strictly prohibited to remove the plastic protective film on the surface of the color steel plates, and it is forbidden to impact or step on the surface of the plates to prevent scratches, dents, and deformation that cannot be corrected. Levelness and gap control: During installation, use a level gauge to check the levelness, and the vertical deviation of the partition should not exceed the specified value. When assembling the plates, reserve uniform gaps (generally controlled at 2-3mm) to ensure the sealing effect of the subsequent glue application.
Sealing and detail handling (core leakage control section)
Joint sealing: There is a saying in the industry that "three parts rely on the plates, seven parts rely on sealing". All joint seams and corners must be fully sealed with neutral, mold-free, and clean special sealing glue. Before applying the glue, clean the gaps of the seams and keep them dry to ensure air tightness. Arc transition treatment: At the junctions of walls and walls, or walls and floors, use aluminum alloy arcs (such as R50) for transition and closure to avoid dust accumulation at right angles and facilitate later cleaning. Handling of holes for pipelines passing through walls and openings: After the holes for pipelines passing through the walls are drilled, the gaps need to be sealed with fireproof sealing glue in layers, and both the inner and outer sides should be applied with glue. Switches, sockets, and other panels should be seamlessly sealed to the wall. Accessories hiding: Try to use hidden-type clips and other fixing accessories to reduce the dust accumulation caused by exposed screws.
Construction environment and safety protection
Temperature and humidity control: The construction environment should be kept dry and dust-free, and construction should be avoided in humid weather. The ambient temperature for gluing should generally be above 5℃ to ensure the curing effect of the sealing material. Safety and protection: Construction personnel should wear safety helmets, gloves, etc. for protection; when cutting the plates, use appropriate tools (such as electric saws, angle grinders) and pay attention to safety operation. Timing for removing protective films: The plastic protective films on both sides of the purification plates can only be removed uniformly after all installation operations are completed and the environment is thoroughly cleaned to prevent dust and scratches from contamination during the construction process. Strictly control these details can not only enhance the overall appearance of the clean workshop but also effectively prevent air leakage, microbial growth, and dust accumulation, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the workshop.
