Precautions for Staff Entering the Dust-Free Workshop

Wear in the following order: "underwear → dust-free suit → dust-free cap → dust-free mask → dust-free shoes / shoe covers". Ensure that your hair, beard, and the edges of your clothes are fully covered without any exposure. It is prohibited to wear jewelry, watches, mobile phones and other non-essential items. Cosmetics and hair gels that can produce dust should not be used. Check that the dust-free suit is undamaged and free from contamination. After wearing, fasten the zippers and stick the Velcro firmly. The shoe covers should cover the entire shoe surface.
02 Entry Process (Key Steps)
Preparation: First, change into the dust-free suit in the changing room, wash your hands (using the dust-free dedicated hand soap) and dry them. Remove any visible dust adhering to your body before entering the air shower.
Air shower purification: After entering the air shower room and closing the door, stand in the middle and raise your hands to rotate 360°. Ensure that the air shower duration is ≥ 15 seconds. Do not open the door until the air shower is completed.
Access restrictions: Only authorized personnel are permitted to enter. External personnel must be accompanied by a designated person and must adhere to the same standards.
No food, beverages or paper documents are allowed to be brought in (they should be sealed in dust-free bags if necessary).
03 Workplace Conduct Guidelines (Core Prohibitions)
It is strictly prohibited to touch the sensitive parts of the products and equipment at will. Before operation, you must wear dust-free gloves as required (and replace them regularly).
Running, playing around, and making loud noises are not allowed. Avoid rapid movement which may cause air currents and dust; when coughing or sneezing, use a dust-free mask to cover your mouth and nose, and stay away from the product area.
The materials and tools must be cleaned through the transfer window (or dedicated passage) before being brought in. They should be placed in the designated areas and not piled up or mixed.
It is prohibited to eat, smoke or spit anywhere in the workshop. Personal items (such as coats and backpacks) are not allowed to be brought in.
04 Emergency and Maintenance
If you notice any damage to the dust-proof suit, the mask falling off, or any signs of physical discomfort, immediately leave the workshop.
Re-enter after changing the equipment or completing the processing.
Strictly adhere to the temperature and humidity requirements (typically 20-24℃, 45-65% RH) and cleanliness standards, and do not touch the air conditioning and purification equipment at will.
When leaving the workshop, remove the protective gear in the following order: "dust-free shoes → mask → hat → dust-free suit". Put the dust-free suit into the designated cleaning container and do not take it out of the changing room.
